With more than 38 years of construction industry experience at corporations with annual revenue of more than $250 million per year, Roger has proven to be a dynamic and well respected business executive with extensive management experience in all phases of the construction process with projects valued at $5 million to $100 million. His strong leadership and risk assessment skills continue to generate construction ideas and solutions that go over and above expectations when completing projects ranging from commercial renovations and ground up buildings. Roger has built a strong network of professionals that will get projects done correctly, on time and within budget.
In his spare time, Roger enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing and watching his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. More importantly, he is a strong Christian man who volunteers and has participated in 30 weekend sessions for Christian based retreats for men, such as Tres Dias, for over the past 10 years, as well as the Fellowship of the Sword/Quest in 2015. He is a family man who raised two boys of his own along with three foster boys who are grown and successful on their own accounts.
Justin is graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering, who has over 10 years experience in construction, and has managed projects ranging from $500,000 to $70 million. Born into a family of general contractors, Justin is third generation, which means he has a lifetime of experience being onsite for projects all over the State of Texas. A native of Sanger, Texas, where Justin lives with his wife and three children.
In his spare time, Justin has a passion for grilling steaks, his cook team has won the Steak Cookoff Association International Championship in 2016 and has since won numerous competitions around the United States. He and his partner have developed Pancho & Lefty Steak Marinade and Steak Rub that is sold worldwide.
Bob has over 40 years of experience in all phases of the construction industry overseeing projects from initial planning through completion. He has managed a wide variety of projects that include, ground up, high rise, warehouses, retail centers and complete interior finish out. These assignments ranged from $100,00 to $30 million. He was the recipient of the Merit of Texas Construction Best in 2006, where he was the Superintendent on a 75,000 SF, two story office building. Bob knows the importance of meeting schedules, staying on budget, and working closely with all parties involved to exceed quality expectations and to ensure on-time occupancy.
As a life-long fisherman, Bob spends much of his spare time, in his boat, on the water entering fishing tournaments. Bass fishing is one of his favorite hobbies, leading him to catch a 10 pound prize. You can also find Bob out on the golf course.
